Nexans Côte d'Ivoire engaged to safety through the training of more than 1,000 electricians and installers!

Initiated in 2019 by Nexans Côte d'Ivoire to help to professionalize and enhance the electrician's profession through job training, the Nexans Academy brings together several electricians in the country's major cities every year, counting with a total of 1,054 participants in this edition.

 

In 2023, in addition to electricians and installers, Nexans Côte d'Ivoire has decided to broaden the scope to include architects, real estate developers and the sales teams of its various partners, each of whom is a key player in the construction sector in Côte d'Ivoire.

 

This year’s participants took part in different training modules such as: Safety in an electrical installation in according to the new NFC 15-100 standard, Dimensioning according to the new NFC 15-100, Electrical safety in building installations and reliability of architectural electrical plans, key factors in development, Nexans' electrical cable manufacturing process, Electrical switchboards and protection relays for Ormazabal cells.

 

These different themes, hosted by experts in the field, helped to strengthen the abilities of the different participants through practical exercises. Each participant received a certificate of attendance.
